Press > to watch a one-minute introduction to chiropractic. Give us a call to begin care today!
If you’ve ever gone to a social event where you didn’t know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.
Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!
The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.
So, check us out here. Poke around. Get to know us. Then, contact us to make an appointment so we can get to know you.
- First Visit. Your first visit will consist of going over your health concern(s), educating you on what we are looking for and the actual exam. The exam will consist of surface electromyography (a computerized muscle tension test), range of motion analysis, posture evaluation and if necessary, digital x-rays. We will answer any questions you may have any time during this entire visit. We tell people to expect this appointment to last about 90 minutes, including any wait time. You can save some time by filling out your paperwork ahead of time..
- Second Visit. This visit will consist of a report to explain the findings (if any) and go over the options to handle your problem(s). If x-rays were taken, a doctor will go over the results and recommend a plan to correct your problem. If you have insurance, we will go over your specific benefits and coverage. Allow about 75 minutes for this appointment including any wait time. If you are accepted as a patient, and you get treated on this day, it will take a little more time for the actual treatment.
- Regular Visit . A typical visits consists of you electronically signing in and then swiping your laser key card to check in. You will then go back to the correction area where the doctor, chiropractic assistant and massage therapist will team up to give the best care we know of to handle your unwanted condition. Depending on what is done, this will last from 20-50 minutes.
