Meet Our Staff
Dolly Panchal - Clinic Administrator
Hi, I am Dolly and I am the clinic administrator. I pursued my career in Health Care Administration, because of the fact that I believe in providing quality services, developing and expanding programs for community health and welfare. I have completed my Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical sciences and have received my graduate degree from University of North Alabama with Master’s in Business Administration with concentration in Health Care Administration. Dealing with the health care domain has always been my core interest.
My major role as an administrator is to provide the best patient care and services, work closely with medical staff to address current and future space needs and to develop plans, policies, and procedures, and ensure they are carried out and display effective team work in diverse groups.
The Spinal Correction and Wellness center gave me the opportunity to explore my knowledge and I am glad to be part of this organization.
- Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Health care Administration.
- Bachelors in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Interests: sports and music
Lisa Lorraine Holland,
Licensed Massage Therapist
As a second career, I graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute with a focused study on medical and orthopedic massage, including an internship with the Cardiac Rehab Department at Shady Grove Hospital. Complimentary Alternative Medicine (CAM) has been an interest of mine for nearly twenty years since I believe there are other means to recover from illness and maintain wellness rather than extensive use of pharmaceuticals.
After studying Eastern medicine practices, I believe there is much to be explored to combine Eastern and Western medicine in order to achieve holistic health. I believe in an integrated approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well being and tailor my massage approach with each patient to achieve this.
I received my undergraduate degree in drama and music from an Indiana University (yes, I am a Hoosier), and then I lived in London for two years to complete my graduate work at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Music therapy became an important part of my life, and I combined this into my curriculum as a preschool music teacher. I volunteer as a theatrical director, actress, and producer. I live in Gaithersburg with my four children and am very happy to be a part of THE Spinal Correction & Wellness Center Team.

Dr. Tara Donohue
Licensed in Maryland and Virginia
Hello, I am a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and have spent many years in the fields of chiropractic, nutrition and alternative medicine.
Although originally from the New York City area, I just recently moved back to the DC area after being in San Francisco running my own chiropractic and wellness center. I am licensed in Maryland and Virginia. I love being part of the clinical team at THE Spinal Correction & Wellness Center.
I would say that my greatest abilities are to be able to listen to exactly what the patient needs and to have patients feel at ease knowing that they will be fully taken care of.
Nicole Willoughby,
Registered Chiropractic Assistant
My name is Nicole and I'm the Chiropractic Assistant in the office. My job is to help you with the therapy portion of your treatment. I have been working in Chiropractic since 2003. I love helping people and this is why I'm also currently attending Montgomery College to become a nurse. When I'm not working or going to school I enjoy spending time with my friends, eating Mexican food and volunteering at my nephew's school.
Alexia Fraser,
Reception
Hey! My name is Alexia, I am a front desk receptionist at our Rockville office. I recently moved back to Maryland from San Diego, CA where my interest in holistic healing started! I enjoy anything and everything that involves going out with friends and family, watching sports (swimming, football and basketball are my favorites) and love a good challenge when it comes to playing sports. :)
During my time here I want to make your experience run as smooth and efficient as possible! I look forward to meeting you!
Anadina Mercedes,
New Patient Liaison
Hi! My name is Anadina and I am the New Patient Liaison. It’s my job to make you feel welcomed and make your first and second visit run as smoothly and efficient as possible. My mom is from El Salvador and my dad is from Dominican Republic, so if you need to speak in Spanish I am more than happy to help. I’ve lived in Montgomery County Maryland all my life, and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I am currently going to school and will graduate as a Medical Assistant in September 2010. I then plan to work towards a degree as a Registered Nurse. Besides being at work or being at school, I love spending time with my 16-month-old daughter Ayva., and hanging out with friends.
I look forward to meeting you on your first visit.
